2. What data the app stores – and where

Bubble Glow stores data exclusively on your device, in an area that only the app can access:

• your records: the best score for each cleared level and your best run (level reached and score),
• your settings: sound on or off, vibration on or off.

This is not personal data. It never leaves your device, and we as the provider do not receive it.

3. Permissions

The app does not ask for any permissions – no access to camera, photos, microphone, location, contacts or notifications. Vibration uses the built-in Taptic Engine and needs no permission.

4. Device backup

Apple's automatic device backup (iCloud backup or a backup on a computer) includes the records and settings of Bubble Glow, like those of other apps, if you have turned it on. Apple's terms apply to this.

5. App Store

When you download the app from the App Store, Apple processes data according to its own privacy policy. If you have agreed in your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports and statistics (for example the number of installations). These cannot be used to identify you.

6. This website

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc., USA). When you visit it, GitHub processes technically necessary data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse; the GitHub privacy statement applies. We do not use cookies, analytics or embedded third-party services.

7. Emailing us

If you send us an email, we use your address and your message only to reply to you and delete them once your request has been handled, unless there is a legal obligation to keep them.

8. Deletion

All data is stored in the app. If you delete the app, your records and settings are removed from the device – but not from an existing device backup.

9. Your rights

Since we do not receive any data from you through the app, we have nothing to disclose, correct or delete. You nevertheless have the rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right of access, rectification, erasure and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 10. Changes

If anything changes in how data is processed – for example through a future iCloud sync or Game Center leaderboards – we will update this policy beforehand.
